Bio: Neelam is a Master’s in Public Policy student at the Kautilya School of Public Policy with a background in law. Her interdisciplinary interests include global affairs, India’s national governance, refugee protection, human rights, and the intersection of law and public policy. She has worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on legal protection and policy research and has explored the linkages between security and public policy in India. Her current research examines India’s preparedness against cyber threats, state-sponsored hacking, and national security policy gaps, reflecting her commitment to advancing governance and international cooperation.
