Kautilya School of Public Policy (KSPP) offers a Minor in Public Policy, a credit-based program open to undergraduate students from all disciplines of GITAM University, Hyderabad. The minor introduces students to the foundations of public policy and its applications through eight courses offered from the second to the sixth semester. Designed to build conceptual clarity, the curriculum blends classroom learning through guest lectures, discussions on newspaper articles, and opportunities for students to present their ideas.

Program Details

The Minor in Public Policy at the Kautilya School of Public Policy attracts undergraduate students of GITAM University, Hyderabad Campus from diverse disciplines. The program is designed to provide students with a foundational understanding of how public policy shapes society, governance, and development in India and beyond.

Over the course of their undergraduate studies, students complete a series of eight three-credit courses spread across the second to the sixth semester. These courses offer an interdisciplinary learning experience that bridges academic frameworks with real-world applications.
